You will need two primary data sources from your CSSBuy account:
Tip: Export these from your CSSBuy 'My Orders' and 'My Parcels' pages or copy them directly from the web interface.
Create a new Google Sheets or Excel file. Name it something like "CSSBuy Haul Dashboard - [Date]".
In the first sheet, paste your complete QC item list. This forms the core of your dashboard. Ensure each item has a unique Order ID. Add a column titled Parcel ID
| Order ID | Item Name | QC Photo Link | Price (¥) | Status | Parcel ID
On a second sheet, paste your Parcel data. Then, return to your main sheet. In the Parcel IDYou must know which items are packed in which parcel.
For example, in cell F2 (under Parcel ID), you could use:
=IFERROR(VLOOKUP(A2, 'ParcelList'!$A$2:$B$10, 2, FALSE), "NOT SHIPPED")
This formula looks for the Order ID (A2) in a range on the 'ParcelList' sheet and returns the corresponding Parcel ID.
Now, add new columns next to your item data: Tracking Number, Shipping Line, Parcel Weight, Shipping Cost, Parcel Status.VLOOKUPXLOOKUPParcel ID
